Amatchiwa Terms and Conditions

1. Orders & Payments

All Amatchiwa products are custom-made and crafted upon order. Full payment is required before processing begins.
Prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (₵) and US Dollars (USD), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are securely processed via Paystack or other approved gateways on our website.

2. Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

3. Production & Delivery Timeline

  • Local Orders (within Ghana): Delivery takes approximately 10 working days from the date of payment confirmation.

  • International Orders: Shipped via trusted third-party couriers. Delivery timelines vary by destination, and Amatchiwa is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
    Home services attract an additional transportation fee determined by the client’s address.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Since all items are custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted once production begins.
    Exchanges are only allowed for defective or wrongly delivered items, reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of payment if production has not yet started. To request a cancellation, contact our support team immediately.

7. Privacy & Security

  • Your privacy is important to us. All personal and payment details are securely processed through verified gateways. Amatchiwa does not store or share your card or payment information with any third party.
